This session includes a pre-session check-in, personalized shamanic ceremony and integration.
Holistic Alchemical Therapy
An hour-long collaborative session personalized to your needs, intentions and current state of awareness to explore your overall health and well-being from a holistic lens discussing aspects of your body, mind, spirit and emotions. Includes practical tools to cultivate self-awareness and help you bring yourself back into balance. The session includes a one-on-one meditation and in-depth holistic coaching.
