The energy and guidance transmitted during the session are accessible only if you allow yourself to fully participate and are willing to follow the guidance and insights shared integrating them into your day to day actions and choices. Setting aside quiet time afterward for reflection, meditation, or rest helps integrate the experience.

During this 60-minute Crystal Healing Ceremony, you may experience a range of sensations on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level. The work is designed to clear energetic blocks, facilitate intuitive growth, and support the integration of past experiences, trauma, and deep energetic patterns.

The effectiveness of the session depends on your willingness to receive the energy, pay attention to the guidance transmitted, and engage with the process in your own body and consciousness. I serve as a channel and facilitator, but the work occurs through your own energetic system and in your day to day life.

While most clients feel deep relaxation, clarity, inner peace, and alignment, some may also experience visuals, energetic sensations in the body, visions of colors and lights, past-life insights, or experiences similar to psychedelic states, others may experience intense emotions or relive past conflicts/traumas within a safe container. Yes! Distance healing is a highly effective form of energy work. Energy is not limited by space or time; it flows through everything. Remote sessions work the same way as in-person ceremonies but can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home. During distance healing, I will connect with you over the phone or video call, and then perform the same ceremony from a distance.

The session can be received while resting, meditating, or sleeping, we can stay connected over the phone or you can choose to disconnect after our initial check-in and I'll reach back out when when the ceremony has concluded. Afterward, I provide detailed notes and suggestions to help integrate the experience.

The frequency of sessions is personal and varies for each individual. Some people come once for a reset, while others benefit from deeper, more consistent work.

For those moving through complex inner energetic disruptions, a series of 6 consecutive weekly sessions can be profoundly supportive, as it allows your system to unwind in layers and integrate steadily.

During your ceremony, we have the option to consult with your spirit team to receive recommendations specific to your path, pace, and highest good. I serve as a channel for this guidance — you always remain in full agency, and you’re welcome to book as often (or as spaciously) as feels right for you.

No, this is not Reiki. While both Reiki and Cristaloterapia fall under the umbrella of energy healing, the source, lineage, and method are different.

Reiki channels universal life-force energy (often called “ki”) through the practitioner’s hands. Practitioners typically use specific hand positions over or on the body to transmit energy where it is needed.

The Crystal Healing Ceremony (Cristaloterapia), on the other hand, is rooted in ancestral, earth-based energy medicine and guided by the wisdom of the Great Mother and Mother Earth. This work focuses on aligning and restoring the chakras, auric field, and energetic pathways, reconnecting you with the living intelligence of the Earth through a multi-sensory ceremonial experience.
