About Isa

Isa Cardenas, Deer Heart, is an ancestrally-guided, multidimensional Medicine Woman and Channel of the Great Mother and Mother Earth’s Love. Her work has been shaped through collaboration with Alchemical Therapists, Indigenous Wisdom Keepers, Healers, and through direct relationship with medicinal plants and Elemental Spirits as teachers. As a certified Crystal Therapist, Spiritual Life Coach, and Ancestrally Guided Herbalist, Isa brings a diverse and integrated approach to her work. She is also a Certified Soul Purpose Coach (Dharma Coach®), having graduated from the Dharma Coaching Institute®.

Her path is rooted in the teachings of Indigenous traditions of Turtle Island and Abiayala, nature-based spirituality, plant guided wisdom, chakra psychology, Jungian Alchemy, inner child healing and decolonized shadow work. Isa’s journey has included a spontaneous Kundalini awakening, leaving corporate life behind, and living as a nomad across Turtle Island—immersing herself in nature, ancestral teachings, and sacred practices like Sweat Lodges, Ceremonial Dancing, Ritual Singing, and deep embodied healing.

Isa’s work is also informed by a lifelong journey of healing from the deep imprint of CPTSD—an experience that shaped her nervous system from the womb into childhood and ultimately led her toward profound somatic, ancestral, and spiritual transformation. Through her dedication to nervous system repair, inner child healing, trauma-informed spirituality, and decolonizing her own relationship to healing and power, she has transmuted early wounds into embodied wisdom, compassion, and a grounded capacity to hold truly safe space.

From this journey, Flowerisa Alchemy & Holistic Healing and the Flowerisa Herbothecary (Flowery-Isa) were born. Through her work, Isa guides others in aligned personal transformation, holistic well-being, and deepening their connection to the Earth, themselves, and their unique path. She also creates small-batch, all-natural herbal remedies, skincare, and home essentials, crafted with intention, ancestral guidance, and reverence for the healing wisdom of plants.

Isa creates safe, sacred spaces for personal growth, healing ceremonies, and community connection—supporting people in reconnecting with themselves, reclaiming their power, and living lives aligned with nature through purpose, presence, and joy.
